Master Certified Coach (ICF) · Creator of the REAL Adaptive Process · Co-creator of the REAL Profile
Assessment instruments are usually bought from a publisher. This one comes with its author — still practising, still in the room with executive committees, and available to your market.
Olivier Masselot holds the Master Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation: the highest of the three ICF levels, held by roughly 1,350 coaches worldwide. It requires 2,500 documented coaching hours and a recorded performance evaluation assessed at mastery level. For a distributor that credential does two things — it makes the choice easy to justify to a corporate buyer, and it makes launch events, master classes and flagship client work possible in a way that a licensed instrument alone never is.
Olivier Masselot did not arrive at coaching through business school. At nineteen he entered the Paris arts world, spending sixteen years as a musician, then a conductor, publisher and producer — an architect of collective emotion. He then spent a decade developing tourism projects in the Loire Valley, including a golf estate.
At forty-seven, leukemia forced a complete reappraisal. The illness became the catalyst for coaching; his training school recognised the talent early and brought him onto its own team in his first year. His subsequent encounter with Dr Jacques Fradin and the French school of applied neuroscience opened the decisive door.
What followed is what matters here: he is a system builder. Drawing on Fradin's model he developed his own frameworks — the neurosensory and neurosystemic approaches — and then designed the REAL Adaptive Process and its accompanying profile.
From the concert hall to the boardroom, the journey produced a particular skill: reading an organisation the way a conductor reads a score — hearing, in a single glance, what the numbers do not say.
A published body of work spanning applied neuroscience, leadership and difficult relationships, one title of which has been published in Russia.

| Le leadership du cœur — Manager en toute conscience | Co-written with Samy Kallel. For leaders who refuse to choose between performance and humanity. |

A seventh title, drawing together his research on adaptivity and the REAL Process, is in preparation. Full list at oliviermasselot.com.
